At Fly Pro Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consultancy and software development services. We strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the work we deliver. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.
As a UK-based business providing digital services, clients have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of signing the agreement, provided that no work has commenced on the project. If you cancel within this period and no work has started, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or advance payment made.
If you request to cancel a project after work has already commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the agreed project fee or our standard hourly rate of £120. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to you.
We take client satisfaction very seriously. If you are unhappy with the final deliverables, we will first offer to rectify the issues free of charge as per our revision policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue to a satisfactory standard and the delivered work does not meet the agreed scope outlined in the initial quotation, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the severity of the shortfall.
Please note that any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as software licenses, hosting fees, or domain registrations) are non-refundable, as these services are provided by external vendors.
To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@flyproltd.net with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the approval date.
This Refund Policy is made publicly accessible on our website. Additionally, a link to this policy is included in all formal quotations and contracts sent to our clients prior to the commencement of any work.
