Pricing & Engagement Process

1. Our Pricing Structure

Fly Pro Ltd offers bespoke IT solutions tailored to your specific business requirements. While every project is unique, we provide the following indicative pricing brackets to give you a clear understanding of our fee structure:

  • IT Consultancy & Strategy: £120 - £150 per hour (depending on complexity).
  • Custom Software Development: Fixed-price projects starting from £5,000, typically ranging between £10,000 and £50,000+ for enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Cloud Solutions & Migration: Bespoke packages starting from £2,500.
  • Cybersecurity Audits & Implementation: Fixed-price packages starting from £1,500.

Note: All prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable third-party licensing fees.

2. How Pricing is Agreed (The Quotation Process)

We follow a structured, transparent process to ensure there are no surprises regarding costs:

  1. Initial Consultation: We meet (virtually or in-person) to fully understand your scope, goals, and technical requirements.
  2. Detailed Project Scoping: Our technical team drafts a comprehensive scope of work, breaking down the deliverables and estimated timeframes.
  3. Provision of Formal Quotation: We provide a detailed, itemised written quotation via email as a PDF document. This quotation clearly states the total cost, payment milestones, and includes a link to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Client Sign-Off & Agreement

To ensure mutual understanding and formalise our engagement, we require explicit agreement from the client before any work begins. This is achieved via the following method:

  • Signed Quotation: We require the client to print, sign, and return a copy of the quotation PDF, OR
  • Digital Confirmation: We accept a clear, written reply via email stating "I accept the terms of this quotation" along with the client's name and position.

Work will only commence upon receipt of this signed agreement. A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total project fee) may be required to secure resources for larger projects.

4. Changes to Scope

If you require additional features or changes outside the original scope during the project, we will provide a revised quotation for your review and agreement before proceeding with the new work.
